This Term establishes the rules for the use of FiveM Bots from LauguiBot™️. By accepting this term, you are hiring our services and agreeing to the conditions presented in this contract. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions presented, please do not finalize your purchase or use our services. The use of our services implies the tacit hiring of our services and, by force of this hiring, the agreement with the clauses presented here.

Please note that we can change our Terms of Service at any time. Under the terms of LauguiBot™️, it is your responsibility to stay updated and adhere to the policies posted here.

Permitted Content

1. LauguiBot™️ is intended for FiveM Discord Bots services that are within the Terms of Service (TOS) of Discord Inc.

2. It is also allowed to use Bots from LauguiBot™️ for organizations within the city of FiveM, MTA, SAMP, and others.

Prohibited Content

1. Content that violates the rights of third parties (for example, copyright) according to applicable legislation;

2. Excessively profane content;

3. Related to hate or violent content;

4. Content advocating racial or ethnic intolerance;

5. Content advocating hacker or cracker activity;

6. Online games;

7. Other illegal activity, including, without limitation, illegal exposure of controlled substances or illegal software;

8. Phishing;

9. Malicious content;

10. Other materials, products, or services that violate or encourage conduct that violates criminal laws, any other applicable laws, or any third-party rights.

11. Bots with criminal content

12. Any photos, names, message content, status that the CLIENT places on the Bot that goes against the permitted content of this document.

Prohibited Actions

1. Defamatory, offensive, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable illegal;

2. Intentionally distribute viruses, worms, defects, Trojans, corrupted files, hoaxes, or any other items of a destructive or deceptive nature THROUGH THE BOT COMMANDS;

3. Forward pyramid schemes and the like;

4. Transmit content that may be harmful to minors;

5. Pass for another person (through the use of a Discord account or otherwise) or misrepresent yourself or the origin of any email;

6. Illegally transmit intellectual property or other proprietary information without the permission of the owner or licensor;

7. Use the Service to violate the legal rights (such as privacy and publicity rights) of others;

8. Promote or encourage illegal activity;

9. Interfere with the use of the Service by other users;

10. Perform significant load tests without first obtaining written consent from LauguiBot™️, otherwise, these may be treated as denial of service attacks;

11. Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any part of the Service;

12. Remove any copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights contained in or on the Service;

13. Reformat or frame any part of the web pages that are part of the administration display of the service;

14. Use the Service in connection with illegal peer-to-peer file sharing;

15. Use the Service for bitcoins and other digital currencies (cryptocurrencies);

16. Display any content on the Service that contains any hate or violence-related content or contains any other materials, products, or services that violate or encourage conduct that violates criminal laws, any other applicable laws, or any third-party rights.

17. It is prohibited to remove our bot from your Discord without first informing the reason, otherwise, you will be automatically removed from the hosting.
